Raven House is a
traditional Northwest Coast housefront emblazoned with a
Raven design and set in a night sky splashed with stars.
This work is printed on a glossy, black vinyl-coated stock with a
flat overlay at the corners of the housefront, which provides the
illusion that the entire house is moving away from the
viewer though the night sky. This design suggests the
timeless Northwest Coast notion that a house is a
reflection of the universe and a symbol of the cosmos
