We ship via U.S. Priority Mail--arriving to you in 2-3 days

We ship all of our artworks via U.S. Priority Mail, which has an average delivery time in the United States of two-to-three days. If we have an artwork on hand, we will ship it the same day if we receive your order before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. So you will probably receive your artwork within three days of placing your order with us.

We never charge you until we ship your item.

We will never charge you for an item until we ship it. We also email or  contact you when we ship your item so you will know exactly when your credit card was charged.

What happens if we don't have an item on hand?

We do not always carry all items displayed on our Web site on hand at all times. If we receive an order for an item that we do not have on hand, we contact the artist to order the artwork, and then we contact you to let you know when we can ship the artwork to you. In many cases, we will have the artist ship the work directly to you.

Artworks that cost $500 or more on our site are considered commissioned works. If we receive an order for one of these, we first contact the artist to get an estimate of when they can finish the item. Then we contact you to let you know when the item will be finished and to get your approval to proceed. At that point, we will ask for a 50% deposit to proceed. Please email or call us to make arrangements for these.

If you don’t have a credit card, how do you place an order with us?

If you don't have a credit card, go to our Order Form page, fill it out completely, and send us a check or money order for the full amount. Remember to include shipping and handling charges. And if you live in Washington state, please include a sales tax of 8.2%.
